How are shipping rates calculated

Shipping rates are calculated at check out based on destination and weight of package.

USA and International 

Orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Shipping timeline

Orders are processed internally within 1-2 days.  Shipping times are based on option chosen at checkout.

A Note About Food

We do not ship dog food. These items are available for local delivery within the Bow Valley or for pickup in the store. Food deliveries will be each Wednesday beginning December 20, 2023. Customers are welcome to add additional items to their food order.
