Casper has an amazing story! Picked up by @bvspca he was waiting 6 weeks for his person to come along. And it turns out she wasn't far at all. In fact, she works for the very people who bought him to the Bow Valley. Casper left the shelter as a foster and ultimately he never looked back. He had found his forever home and has been an official Bow Valley resident since June 2025!💞

Casper is a goofball! He is incredibly loyal and loving, with a side of sass! He's an adventurous guy who loves being with his friend. He is also an absolute cuddle bug and LOVES food!
